🗺️ Naruto City "Sea Rafting Experience Program"

Located in the northeastern part of Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture, is an inland sea. On the calm waters surrounded by Shimada Island and Omo Island, wooden rafts that were once used for pearl farming float, and now visitors can enjoy fishing or BBQ as part of their marine leisure activities on these rafts. The meeting point is at the "Aoawo Resort Hotel." After a briefing from the guide about safety precautions on the rafts, participants will take a boat to the rafts. Since a round-trip shuttle service between the hotel and the rafts is provided, guests only need to bring minimal personal belongings. During the journey, the guide will also share information about suitable fishing spots, and participants are welcome to ask any questions they may have. Upon arriving at the rafts, it's time to start fishing right away. Fishing can be done using bait cages, making it easy for beginners to set up their bait. It is said that from April, you can catch black sea bream, red sea bream, or bass; in July, you can catch mackerel or needlefish; and in September, you can catch yellowtail. After fishing, it's time to prepare for a BBQ on the sea. In addition to BBQ tools, the package includes ingredients such as meat, vegetables, and rice balls.
