The column head sculpture named "Karura" is an ancient decorative piece that allows guests to savor traditional French cuisine in a classical atmosphere. The "Classic Dinner" features a special recreation of eight dishes that were actually served at Kanaya Hotel 120 years ago, including "Pan-Seared Nikko Rainbow Trout" and "Crab Croquettes." Additionally, to celebrate the 150th anniversary, the "Nikko Kanaya Hotel 150th Anniversary Dinner" incorporates dishes from 1914 with a modern twist, satisfying both tradition and innovation.
