For breakfast, the "Senaga Zen" features a selection of dishes made from carefully chosen fresh ingredients from Okinawa and various regions of Japan. The lunch menu includes the "Senagajima Lunch Set," which features a seafood platter with "salmon roe" and seafood selected by the chef, as well as a steak set made with beef shoulder marinated in a special vegetable miso. During dinner, a variety of visually appealing set meals made from carefully selected ingredients are available (reservations required). On Fridays, Saturdays, and the day before holidays, teppanyaki is also available (reservations required three days in advance).
