It is said that only about 150 cows per year are certified as Awaji Beef, making it extremely rare and valuable. The signature dish at Ocean Terrace is steak. For regular Awaji beef, guests can use a self-service barbecue method, which is making its debut in Japan, grilling on specially designed lava plates. However, if you order the rare Awaji Beef, the chef will handle the cooking. Additionally, salads and other dishes in the set menus or full meals use local ingredients from Awaji Island. The drink selection is also quite extensive, featuring local beverages including Awaji Shichifukujin beer and wines produced by local breweries. On the second floor is the café "miele the garden," where you can enjoy pasta made with Awaji kamaboko (whitebait) and Awaji chicken.
