Located along the "Karuizawa Main Street," which extends straight from Karuizawa Station, there is a brewery bar where you can taste craft beer. The name "Quartet Brewing" symbolizes the perfect combination of the four main ingredients of craft beer: malt, hops, yeast, and water, brewing a more delicious beer. In the brewery bar, you can taste 10 different flavors of beer, including 7 original beers developed and brewed by the craft brewery owner. There is also a convenient takeout service available, offering beer by weight, canned, or in plastic cups. The display case in the shop is filled with dozens of imported canned beers from the United States. You might want to pick a few to enjoy at your accommodation or as souvenirs.
