The owner, deeply impressed after trying burgers abroad, opened a burger shop with the philosophy of "providing authentic-tasting burgers." In 2018, the shop was established about a 5-minute walk from the intersection of Koza Gate Street and National Route 330 at the Huya intersection. The interior is designed with warm lighting to create a tranquil atmosphere, featuring wooden dining tables and a bar counter. On sunny days, customers can also enjoy dining on the terrace. The large burgers, which require you to open your mouth wide and take a big bite to avoid falling apart, are made one by one after customers place their orders, allowing them to taste the freshness. The burger buns are made from high-quality flour and fermented butter, baked fresh daily in the shop, resulting in a crispy exterior and a sweet, elastic interior. The burger patties are made from 100% beef, a mix of Wagyu and three different cuts of beef. The signature dish is the "RALPH'S Special Burger," which includes a 140g patty, peanut butter, two types of cheese, bacon, and a generous amount of other ingredients. Customers can also add special toppings like avocado, lamb patties, and pineapple. The shop closes once the burgers are sold out. Since reservations are not accepted, it is recommended to check the availability before heading over.
