A popular ramen shop just a 1-minute walk from Keihan "Fushimi Inari" Station, it is highly favored by foreign tourists visiting "Fushimi Inari Taisha." Known throughout Kyoto's ramen battleground, long queues often form during lunch hours. The shop's signature dish is "Tonkotsu Ramen." It features a rich broth made by simmering a large amount of selected chicken and pork bones for two days, perfectly paired with homemade noodles. Toppings include oven-roasted pork belly, chopped green onions, and bamboo shoots. There is also a soy sauce ramen flavored with a broth extracted from beef bones, topped with flavorful Wagyu pork belly, as well as dipping noodles made with homemade thick noodles served with a warm, rich broth in a stone bowl. The "Taiyō wa Mata Jirō (太陽はまた二郎)" is only available after 6 PM; it has a mild flavor and moderate portion size. Although it is inspired by the Jirō style of ramen, it is quite easy to eat and has garnered a number of fans.
