The signature hamburger steak is made with black-haired Wagyu beef combined with sweet and lean Kurobuta pork, crafted into a tender and juicy patty, generously drizzled with a homemade demi-glace sauce. The demi-glace sauce is made using spring water from Mount Bandai, simmered over low heat for a week; it has a rich flavor with a surprisingly refreshing finish, making it the perfect complement to the juicy hamburger steak. The "Hamburger Steak Set" features a refined hamburger steak paired with either rice or bread, along with a drink; the "Black Pepper Grilled Hamburger Steak" is topped with black peppercorns and grilled, offering a rich meaty flavor with a spicy kick from the pepper that is truly exceptional. Additionally, there is "Beef Curry," which features thinly sliced black-haired Wagyu leg meat for easy consumption, and "Mentaiko Wafu Pasta," made with high-quality mentaiko from Hakata, among other dishes.
