There is also a tourist information area introducing recommended attractions in Wakkanai, and restrooms that are open 24 hours, making it a hub for various modes of transportation and a resting spot that attracts many locals and tourists. The shopping and dining area within the facility is a great stop during transfers. The product sales area "Wakkanai Selection" offers carefully selected local specialties and famous products from Wakkanai and various parts of Hokkaido. The most popular dish at "Select Cafe Moccamattari (セレクトカフェ モカマタリ)," which boasts a healing view outside, is the beef stew rice and sandwiches made with Soya Black Beef. The restaurant "Fujida" offers a variety of meal options.
