🗺️ Sagamiko相模湖

Located in the northwest of Kanagawa Prefecture, Sagami Lake is an artificial lake formed by the construction of a dam. Completed in Showa 22 (1947), the Sagami Dam created a barrier lake, making it the first dam lake built after World War II and the first artificially constructed body of water to be named a "lake." Visitors can enjoy activities such as sightseeing boat rides, canoeing, and pedal boating. Additionally, Sagami Lake is a popular spot for black bass fishing, highly favored by fishing enthusiasts. Nearby, there are amusement facilities, tourist attractions, and hot springs.
