📝 Introduction

In a space filled with a hidden atmosphere, enjoy exquisite Italian cuisine that intertwines fashion and tradition.

📖 Details

"the GARDEN" is a complex facility that brings together a collection of tastefully curated shops, including a flower shop and a themed bookstore. "ristorante scintilla" is located on the basement level of this facility and is an exquisite restaurant with a hidden atmosphere. The dining space here is primarily in shades of blue-gray, featuring a minimalist and elegant design that maximizes visual tranquility, allowing guests to focus on a sensory culinary experience. Chef Yuichi Mukasa presents refined, modern, and luxurious dishes that offer an unforgettable gastronomic delight. With past experience at "SABATINI" and "DA Noi," and having served as the head chef at "Omotesando Felicita" for four and a half years, Chef Mukasa now takes on the role of executive chef at "ristorante scintilla." His dishes, based on the consistent philosophy of "Italian cuisine," are rooted in tradition while incorporating new essences. The chef personally visits ingredient producers and lavishly uses seasonal ingredients sourced from various regions of Japan. He also selects Italian natural wines from the international wine merchant "HIBANA," located within "the GARDEN," to provide the best pairing options for the dishes.
