Chef Yuichi Mukasa presents refined, modern, and luxurious dishes that offer an unforgettable gastronomic delight. With past experience at "SABATINI" and "DA Noi," and having served as the head chef at "Omotesando Felicita" for four and a half years, Chef Mukasa now takes on the role of executive chef at "ristorante scintilla."
