Here, you can enjoy the famous yudofu (hot tofu) along with various tofu dishes. The yudofu is prepared in a way that enhances the natural sweetness of the tofu, and it is delicious when paired with a special yudofu sauce. Additionally, the tofu skin, which forms as a thin film when heating soy milk, is a must-try delicacy. Its subtle sweetness and unique texture, combined with the fun of personally scooping the tofu skin, create wonderful memories of your trip. Both yudofu and tofu skin are available in set meals.
