The Seto Inland Sea is home to over 700 islands of various sizes, many of which feature beautiful, secluded beaches that can only be accessed by boat. First, embark on a chartered cruise ship from Setoda Port. With the white spray of water splashing against the hull, the boat glides smoothly forward. This small vessel accommodates four people, allowing for a closer connection to the azure sea and sky. Playing your favorite music enhances the travel atmosphere, which is a unique charm of a private cruise. Passing under one of the bridges on the island wave route, the white "Tadoroki Bridge," we head towards the uninhabited "Tsunami Island." The beach features dry, fine sand, and the water is crystal clear. Enjoy the leisurely island time while taking in the view of distant islands and passing boats. Lunch is served on tables and chairs prepared by the staff, featuring a bento made by chef Sho Ogasaki from "MINATOYA." He relocated to Setoda to work as close to the producers as possible, using carefully cultivated local vegetables as the main ingredients, allowing you to savor colorful dishes. Sandwiches can also be provided upon request. After the meal, you can swim, try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), bask in the sun on the beach, or enjoy a drink while gazing at the sea, spending your own quiet and luxurious moments as you wish.
