Located on the west side of Osaka Castle, this boutique coffee bean specialty shop in the Otemae business district exclusively selects high-quality green beans that account for about 5% of the coffee bean market. They roast the beans themselves using the Nordic roasting method, "NORDIC ROAST," which fully showcases the original aroma of the coffee beans and highlights their fresh and sweet flavors. The coffee offerings include the dark roast "Oshiro Deep Roast," an original blend inspired by Osaka Castle, as well as top single-origin coffees carefully selected from around the world. The "Taiwan Geisha," which won first place in a world ranking in 2020, features the unique tea aroma and fruity notes of Taiwanese coffee and is definitely worth trying. It pairs perfectly with handmade cheesecake, canelé, and nougat.

We use the Nordic roasting method, "NORDIC ROAST," which fully showcases the aroma of coffee beans. Only high-quality selected coffee beans are used. We offer various Taiwanese Geisha coffee beans, including the world-renowned "Taiwan Geisha," which has ranked first in global competitions. You can also taste the rare Wush Wush coffee, which was awarded third place in the 2021 global best coffee by the American coffee magazine Coffee Review.
