Shuheihiro's most popular signature dish is the premium salted beef tongue. The thickly sliced beef tongue is incredibly tender, and when enjoyed with the rare green onion "Shiro Bimi" produced in the Nasu Highlands, it becomes a truly exceptional dish. The restaurant also offers various set menus and has an all-you-can-drink option, allowing guests to choose according to their needs.

You can savor top-grade Japanese Black Wagyu beef, which is produced in limited quantities.
