🗺️ Takaozan Sanroku Park高尾山ふもと公園

Located directly in front of the ticket gate after exiting at the Keio Line "Takaosanguchi Station," there is a long, narrow park along the guidance river leading from Takaosanguchi Station to the Omotesando of Mount Takao. In the park, there are signboards introducing the hiking routes of Mount Takao for climbers, as well as benches made from local native trees, making it a great spot to relax before or after hiking. Listen to the soothing sound of the flowing river and enjoy a moment of relaxation. Additionally, a shoe washing area has been thoughtfully set up for hikers. By descending the large staircase, you can reach the guidance river, where you can dip your feet into the water or play joyfully, experiencing a whole new way to enjoy Mount Takao.

A new attraction that allows you to experience the nature of Takao Mountain will open in April 2024. It features panels introducing the hiking routes of Takao Mountain and the surrounding areas. The area is planted with local trees from Takao Mountain. The roads and plazas provide a spacious, level area without elevation differences.
