🍜 Tanaka Soba Shop, Akasaka ARK Hills Branch
🎨 Restaurant Gallery
📝 Introduction
A ramen shop that features a transparent tonkotsu broth as its selling point.
📖 Details
This is the sister store of the famous Hakata ramen shop "Tanaka Shoten." The ramen shop is based on the style of Kitakata ramen from the Tohoku region, aiming to provide customers with a rustic flavor of ramen that is easy to enjoy. The interior space is more spacious than that of a typical ramen shop. There is only a U-shaped counter surrounding the kitchen, allowing customers to dine comfortably. The signature ramen is "Tonkotsu Shio Ramen." The chef fills a small bowl with a clear tonkotsu broth that has been simmered to transparency, then seasons it with salt. Additionally, the "Yamagata Spicy Miso Ramen," inspired by a famous ramen shop in Yamagata Prefecture, is also highly recommended.
⭐ Highlights
The transparent tonkotsu broth is refreshing and delicious, with a very rich flavor. Since the shop is located in a beautiful and stylish building, the interior also appears very clean and tidy. During the noodle-eating process, you can use the homemade seasoning "唐華" (Tōka) to adjust the flavor of the broth to your liking. The "special meat rice" topped with thick slices of flavorful chashu is also very tasty.
