🍜 Tim Ho Wan - Hibiya (添好運 日比谷店)

📝 Introduction

A dim sum specialty store that has earned one Michelin star in Hong Kong.

📖 Details

Hong Kong's Four Seasons Hotel has won the Michelin three-star award for four consecutive years. Mak Kwai Pui previously served as the dim sum supervisor at the Cantonese restaurant "Lung King Heen" within the hotel. He has now co-founded this dim sum specialty store in Hong Kong with partner Chef Leung Fai Keung, with the philosophy of "providing truly delicious food in a more authentic and accessible way." The Hong Kong location has also received a Michelin star, being praised as "the cheapest Michelin restaurant in the world." The Hibiya location follows the same recipes as the Hong Kong store, with each dim sum item meticulously handmade in the kitchen. A signature dish is the "Baked BBQ Pork Bun" (酥皮焗叉燒包), featuring a crispy pastry filled with sweet and spicy BBQ pork filling, which has garnered fans worldwide.
