Craftsmen use this high-quality oil, which has a golden and transparent color, to deep-fry delicately over low heat, taking considerable time and effort. The signature product "Ise Hiryouzu (ひりょうず)" contains nine ingredients including Ise nori, wood ear mushrooms, edamame, and carrots, making it a hearty option.
