Located just a 5-minute walk from "Fuchu" station, this minimalist and exquisite Japanese restaurant offers creative Japanese cuisine. The owner, who has accumulated training experience in kaiseki restaurants and has served as a head chef, established the restaurant in 2007, focusing on innovative Japanese dishes.
The restaurant prides itself on providing delicious meals made from seasonal ingredients at reasonable prices. Particularly, seafood is exclusively sourced from wild, natural ingredients, with fresh fish delivered directly from Ehime and Hyogo prefectures and prepared on the same day, ensuring exceptional freshness.
In addition to seafood, the menu features carefully selected meat dishes, including Hokkaido's "Shiraoi Beef" and "KASUMI Duck," which is raised in a stress-free environment. The beverage selection includes a rich variety of sake carefully chosen by the owner.
