The Jappa served at the restaurant is meticulously handmade from flour and is accompanied by a miso-flavored soup rich in sweetness from a variety of vegetables, including pumpkin and mushrooms, making it a superb dish. Although there are a total of 300 seats and the space is spacious, it remains a popular restaurant with long lines during tourist seasons.
