The freshly fried Hokkaido fried chicken, Zangi, is another signature dish of the shop, alongside the udon. The crispy Zangi is made by marinating the chicken before frying it to a golden crisp, representing a classic Hokkaido delicacy. The shop has combined these two signature items into a brand new Hokkaido specialty, and since its opening in 2008, it has gained an increasing number of fans. The most popular dish is the "Oyako Udon," which features freshly fried Zangi paired with a soft-boiled egg tempura. The "Fried Chikuwa Zangi Udon," which includes crispy chikuwa, is also highly favored.
