The Zōri Plateau is located at the foot of Mount Kurusuzan, one of Japan's 300 famous mountains. It is a vast grassland with an elevation of about 700 meters. Every autumn, the Zōri Plateau, covered in pampas grass, resembles a tranquil and distant landscape painting. From late September to late November, when the pampas grass slowly turns golden and flowers bloom, it attracts numerous photography enthusiasts and is a great spot for outdoor activities gathering many hiking lovers. Surrounding the Zōri Plateau are leisure spots such as the "Kame no Yu" hot spring and the "Sun Village Zōri" camping site, making it perfect for family outings.
At the center of the plateau, the "Kame Pond" showcases many rare plants unique to marshlands. You can also climb the Kameyama Pass behind Kame Pond for a panoramic view of the beautiful plateau. Additionally, during spring and summer, the lush green pampas grass blankets the entire Zōri Plateau, creating a refreshing sight that captivates visitors at any time of the year.

Located at the foot of Kuruzun Mountain, the vast grassland is a favorite spot for photography enthusiasts and hikers. Surrounding the wetland "Kameike," which is situated in the center of the plateau, there are many unique and rare plants. In the autumn, a nighttime lighting show is held along both sides of the trails around Kameike. Nearby, there are recreational facilities such as hot springs and camping sites.
