✨ Highlights
The Akita Inu is a large breed of Japanese dog recognized as a natural monument. On the third floor of the Akita Inu Hall, there is the "Akita Dog Museum," which preserves and displays detailed information related to Akita dogs. On weekdays throughout the year (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), there are two Akita dogs on duty in the office, allowing visitors to see real Akita dogs. The shop sells merchandise related to Akita dogs. In front of the hall stands the bronze statue of Hachiko, the loyal dog born in Odate City, known as the "Bōkyō Hachiko Statue."
