Ari-Tsuki is located on the 31st floor of Tokyo Sky Street, standing 150 meters above ground. It is a restaurant specializing in beef offal hot pot, where diners can enjoy a meal while taking in stunning views. Along the windows, there is a row of counter seats that offer an unobstructed view of the scenery outside. The signature dish, beef offal hot pot, uses carefully selected Wagyu beef small intestines. The beef intestines are remarkably fresh, with a tender and bouncy texture that is irresistible. There are five types of broth for customers to choose from: White, Red, Gold, Silver, and Flame. The White pot features a garlic-flavored white miso soup, the Red pot contains a rich soy sauce broth from Kyushu, the Gold pot uses a light kombu broth, the Silver pot offers a refreshing taste made with salt and black pepper, while the Flame pot is a spicy broth made with hot miso. Additionally, a variety of alcoholic beverages, including beer, shochu, and sake, are available.
