🍜 Cafe De Dango.

📝 Introduction

A dango cafe with a sense of originality that pairs well with coffee.

📖 Details

Located along the approach to "Kanto's Three Major Fudos," the "Kahatan Fudoson," this café is a dessert shop opened by a shopkeeper who is said to have traveled and tasted dumplings all over Japan. The shop offers more than 50 varieties of dumplings. In addition to the basic flavors like Mitarashi (soy sauce) and red bean, there are many unique flavors such as rum grape and tiramisu, which are referred to as "evolved dumplings." The coffee is meticulously prepared using a cold brew method, where carefully selected coffee beans are dripped out drop by drop. The shopkeeper, a former backpacker, provides coffee adjusted to various brewing methods he discovered during his travels around the world.
