Nihon Seishu Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Shibata Sake Brewery) began its brewing business in Sapporo in 1872 and has established the "Chitose Tsuru Sake Museum" next to the Chitose Tsuru sake brewery. They sell brewery-exclusive sake that can only be purchased here, along with various series of famous sake. The "Yukigen no Mai" is made from sake rice produced in Hokkaido, and the extremely popular "Kissho" is among the diverse and attractive range of products. Staff members provide detailed explanations of the flavors and production characteristics, allowing customers to select the sake that best suits their preferences. Additionally, "Yoichi Wine," produced by the same company in Yoichi, is also available for purchase here. Moreover, in the resting area, visitors can enjoy coffee, sake lees soft serve ice cream, and amazake.

A directly operated store established by the Japanese Sake Company, which began its sake brewing business in Sapporo in 1872. In the休息區 (rest area), you can enjoy popular sake lees ice cream, coffee, and amazake, as well as various alcoholic beverages. Seasonal limited edition sake and a wide variety of well-known Chitose Tsuru (千歳鶴) sake are available for purchase.
