🍜 [Closed] Conveyor Belt Sushi Taisei Fuchu Main Store

📝 Introduction

Each plate is 132 yen, allowing you to enjoy fresh ingredients at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

📖 Details

Established in 1972, this sushi restaurant has opened five branches in locations such as Fuchu and Tachikawa. Every morning, fresh ingredients are sourced from Toyosu to create nigiri sushi, served in a conveyor belt sushi style. Sushi plates start at 132 yen, and nigiri sushi sets begin at 308 yen, allowing customers to enjoy authentic flavors at reasonable prices. Among the most recommended items is the signature dish "Bonaire Tuna" (198 yen), which has been beloved for fifty years, and the nigiri sushi set "Takumi" (913 yen), which includes chu-toro, kanpachi, sea urchin, sweet shrimp, and scallops. In addition to "Takumi," there is also the "Big Tuna" set (825 yen). Not only are there fresh sushi toppings, but also the "Homemade Thick Tamagoyaki" (198 yen), carefully simmered from dashi and made on-site after ordering, as well as chawanmushi and fried items, offering a rich and diverse menu. While the dining style is a conveyor belt sushi format where customers can freely take dishes from the conveyor, it is also possible to order directly from the "Itamae" (Japanese chef). Ordering from the Itamae allows customers to enjoy sushi made on-site with fresh ingredients.
