The restaurant inside the Doshi rest area serves original dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, such as udon noodles made from water celery harvested in the village and pork curry made with Doshi pork. The prices are also very reasonable. For those looking for light snacks, the potato pie and soft serve ice cream are highly recommended. In the shop, you can purchase local vegetables and tofu, and many people buy them along with Yamanashi's local products.
