๐ Fortune Garden Kyoto
๐จ Restaurant Gallery
๐ Introduction
In a renowned building, savor the seasonal ingredients crafted into small tavern dishes.
๐ Details
The restaurant, converted from the old headquarters building of "Shimadzu Corporation" built in 1972, was designed by architect Goichi Takeda. Located in a prime area within walking distance of downtown Kyoto, it offers a dining experience amidst lush greenery that feels entirely removed from the urban environment.
The restaurant features a French bistro style, allowing guests to casually enjoy carefully selected ingredients. Lunch offers a set menu with a choice of main dishes, while dinner includes ร la carte options using seasonal ingredients, as well as set menus suitable for celebrating special occasions. The beverage selection is rich, featuring natural wines and original craft beers.
The rooftop space on the 5th floor serves as an exclusive venue for a barbecue beer garden from May to October, with private rooms available for full-course meals and a plan that invites maiko for performances during the shabu-shabu experience.
