🍜 Fukiage-tei

"Ritsurin Garden," which has been awarded three stars in the Michelin Green Guide Japan, is a national special scenic spot in Japan. The flat area alone covers 16 hectares and houses several dining establishments, with "Fukiage-tei" located by the southern lake. You can reach it by crossing the famous Half-Moon Bridge, where you can enjoy meals or tea amidst the koi swimming and the seasonal scenery of the garden. In addition to Sanuki udon and traditional Sanuki set meals, the restaurant offers light snacks and desserts such as octopus udon and grilled dango. The freshly grilled dango at the entrance is perfect for enjoying during a stroll in the park. There is also a sales area in the restaurant, offering local specialties from Kagawa, such as Fukiage udon and chestnut buns.
