The signature dumplings are filled with carefully selected domestic ingredients such as pork and vegetables, with the addition of A5 grade Kobe beef to enhance the flavor, making them even sweeter and juicier. The dumpling wrappers are made using a method passed down from the Manchurian era, and they are pan-fried in peanut oil until fragrant and crispy. The secret miso sauce, specially crafted with various seasonings, is enjoyed with vinegar and soy sauce, resulting in an exquisite taste. In addition to dumplings, the soup dumplings and fried dumplings, each with their unique textures, have many loyal fans.
