The signature Agu Pork primarily uses "Kingu Agu," raised in Kin Town, Okinawa. It is one of the few yakiniku restaurants in Okinawa where you can taste "Kingu Agu" offal. The signature dish is the "Today's Selected Set," which includes two types of main meat cuts and two types of offal, along with assorted pickles, miso cabbage, and egg drop soup, making it quite a value. It is recommended to try all the dishes in the set before adding your favorite cuts of meat. The generous "Green Onion Salt Tongue Roll," featuring a whole Agu Pork tongue, offers a concentrated sweetness and tender texture that is sure to impress. For group dining, it is recommended to order the "Explosive Offal," which includes various cuts and weighs a hefty 1 kilogram. Additionally, there is the well-known Okinawan "Sennbero" set (where you can drink to your heart's content for just 1000 yen).
