The signature "Miso Beef Intestine Hot Pot," chosen by 90% of customers, is seasoned with a blend of Kyushu miso and Saikyo miso, along with a special sauce that enhances its "rich and delicious" flavor. The "Soy Sauce Beef Intestine Hot Pot," featuring a special blended soy sauce combined with vegetables and seafood, and the "Water Boiled Style Beef Intestine Hot Pot," which has a refreshing taste with a sauce made from grated radish and yuzu vinegar, are also very popular.
