Opened in 1900, the "Hakodate Beer Hall" is the first beer hall in Hakodate. In 1988, it was recreated in the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse by the bay, capturing the beloved atmosphere of the local citizens from back in the day. The interior features red brick walls surrounding the space, along with a wood-burning fireplace and a sturdy bar, exuding a retro chic ambiance. The ceiling, supported by massive cypress wood beams, reaches a height of 13 meters, creating a spacious environment. Additionally, banquet halls and wedding packages are available, accommodating various occasions such as parties and gatherings. The signature draft beer is freshly delivered from the Sapporo Beer Hokkaido Brewery, ensuring excellent freshness. There are various rich selections of beverages, including the Hokkaido-exclusive "SAPPORO CLASSIC" and original local beers, which are worth savoring. The cuisine emphasizes local production and consumption, using ingredients like seafood from Hakodate and vegetables from the southern region of Hokkaido. The menu offers a diverse range of dishes, from German-style potatoes and sausages to pasta, sushi, and Genghis Khan grilled meat.
