From Hakone Yumoto, it takes about 3 minutes by free shuttle bus to reach Hakone Yuryo. Here, you can enjoy the rich nature of Hakone in a traditional farmhouse-style day-use hot spring facility. The hot spring here is an alkaline simple spring sourced from one of the seven hot springs of Hakone, "Tanzawa Onsen," known for its gentle touch on the skin, making it a representative beauty hot spring of the Hakone area.
The large bathhouse is divided into male and female sections, each equipped with various facilities including outdoor baths, indoor baths, Shigaraki baths, rock baths, and saunas. There is also a tatami lounge where you can relax barefoot after soaking in the hot springs.
Additionally, there are 19 private outdoor bath rooms available. Families with children can use these without worrying about others, allowing everyone to leisurely enjoy the hot springs together.
After bathing, it is recommended to take a break at the restaurant. At the restaurant "Jiryu Charyo Hasari," you can enjoy not only udon, soba, and various dishes but also authentic hearth-cooked meal sets. The attached "Hasari Chaya" offers drinks and ice cream. Furthermore, Hakone Yuryo also features a shop called "Tsumugi-an," selling local specialties.
