🍜 Hanaya to Hyoe Okuguten
🎨 Restaurant Gallery
📝 Introduction
Discover the charm of Japanese cuisine through sushi, sukiyaki, and seasonal delicacies.
📖 Details
The restaurant offers table seating and tatami seating where guests can sit after removing their shoes, creating a relaxed and leisurely atmosphere. The menu features a variety of meticulously crafted dishes, including Shabu-shabu, Sukiyaki, Tempura, and Tonkatsu, showcasing a rich selection of Japanese cuisine.
The most popular dish, Sukiyaki, allows you to choose from domestic beef with sweet marbling and melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu beef. You cook it yourself in a soy sauce-based broth and then dip it in a generous amount of raw egg before tasting.
The sushi is reasonably priced and its authentic flavors rival those of specialty sushi restaurants. The signature sushi showcases the freshness of its ingredients, evident from the colors and sheen, with a wide variety including classic Tuna, Tai, Salmon Roe, and Shrimp.
For groups of four or more, we highly recommend selecting the banquet plan, which allows you to sample multiple Japanese dishes. There are five options based on the content and items, and there are also popular add-ons for grilled eel or unlimited drinks. The banquet plan requires advance reservation online or by phone, and it’s delightful that there are no table or service charges.
