Due to large-scale renovation work, the facility will be closed from June 1, 2024, to (expected) 2025. Ibusuki City in Kagoshima Prefecture boasts magnificent natural scenery formed by volcanic eruptions, including Kaimondake, Ikeda Lake, and Unagi Pond. Located on the Fume Coast in the Yamakawa area, "Healthy Land" is a day-use hot spring facility famous for its stunning outdoor baths. The facility is ideally situated, allowing visitors to enjoy a distant view of the majestic Kaimondake, known as "Satsuma Fuji," from the Japanese outdoor bath, while the Western-style outdoor bath offers a view of Takeyama, nicknamed "Snoopy Mountain." Each outdoor bath provides a panoramic view of the vast East China Sea, and on clear days, Yakushima and Sulphur Island can also be seen. This breathtaking scenery has received high praise from visiting tourists, and for four consecutive years, it has topped popular travel review websites. The outdoor baths alternate between men and women on even and odd days. "Healthy Land" consists of Tamatebako Onsen, a large public bath, a sauna, and private bathhouses known as "Onsen Care Center," all of which are worth experiencing together.

The open-air bath located at Fukume Coast in Ibusuki City features both Japanese-style and Western-style baths, allowing visitors to enjoy different natural landscapes. The two open-air baths alternate between men and women on even and odd days. Within the grounds of the open-air bath "Healthy Land," there is also a "Hot Spring Care Center."
