🍜 Italian Pasta House So-Le

📝 Introduction

At the original store, I tasted the unforgettable Nagoya-style pasta just once.

📖 Details

Nagoya's beloved soul food, "Katsu Sauce Pasta," originated in 1960. The slightly firm thick noodles are deep-fried in oil and then drizzled with a sauce that has a spicy flavor from pepper and other seasonings, creating a unique taste. "Pasta House So-Le," known as the original shop for "Katsu Sauce Pasta," always has long lines during business hours. The menu offers a rich variety of choices. The dish named "So-Le," after the restaurant, features pasta with eggs and red sausage. There is also the "Milan-style Pasta," which highlights sausage and ham, and the "Country-style Pasta," loaded with healthy vegetables, along with noodle dishes that can be paired with fried shrimp or pork cutlets. Each dish is served on an oversized plate, generously filled with noodles and toppings, providing a visually impressive presentation. Customers can choose from classic flavors or a mildly spicy traditional sauce, and the noodles come in various portion sizes, from small to double. There are also over 20 toppings available, including meatballs, cheese, and fried eggs, allowing for personalized combinations according to individual preferences. In addition to lunch, dinner is served with beer, wine, and à la carte dishes, making it a great place to enjoy an evening meal.
