Mr. Yoshina Minoru, the founder of this restaurant, aimed to promote hamburger culture in the southern part of Okinawa. He opened the first store in 1973 in Yonabaru Town as a franchise. After 1986, he transitioned to independent management, captivating food lovers with hamburgers and desserts that can only be found in Okinawa. Currently, there are three locations. Committed to freshly made deliciousness, most dishes are prepared only after an order is placed. Additionally, to cater to a wide range of fast-food consumers in Okinawa, from children to the elderly, they have specially developed menu items suitable for various age groups. Their two signature dishes include the "Goya Burger," which features soft bread filled with a hamburger patty made from Okinawa-grown bitter melon and eggs, and the "NUUYARU Burger," which combines the goya patty with luncheon meat. Besides hamburgers, they also offer side dishes like "fried chicken" and "goya rings," as well as value breakfast options like toast or sandwiches with drinks, hearty hamburger sets, corn fritter rice, pasta, and a variety of other rich dishes. The summer limited "Brown Sugar Shaved Ice with Red Bean Soup and Mochi" has also received great acclaim.
