JR Yokohama TOWER is a 26-story building, standing at 132.253 meters tall, directly connected to Yokohama Station, and is considered a new landmark in Yokohama. This mixed-use facility comprises commercial floors with shops and restaurants, including "NEWoMan Yokohama" and "CIAL Yokohama," as well as a multiplex cinema "T・JOY Yokohama," and office floors. The atrium on the 2nd floor is a bright, open space with a height of four stories. The attached tourist service center has received a Level 3 certification from the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) for foreign tourism services, providing visitors with information about Yokohama's culture and history through books, or allowing them to consult with staff knowledgeable about Yokohama for travel planning. In addition to Japanese, staff members can also offer guidance in English, Chinese, and Korean. On the 12th floor, there is a rooftop plaza called "Sky View Terrace," which offers a panoramic view of Yokohama Port and the Yokohama Bay Bridge, making it a great place for both locals and tourists to relax and unwind.
