The menu also features a wide range of à la carte dishes, including braised beef tendon (560 yen) cooked slowly in a special sauce, and tofu in broth (560 yen) that allows you to taste the original flavor of the ingredients. Additionally, the shop has set up online ordering, allowing customers to purchase not only Kanazawa oden but also à la carte dishes like beef tendon.
