Kawasaki Marien is a community activity center created by the city of Kawasaki to enhance interaction and communication between Kawasaki Port and its citizens. Various activities can be conducted indoors or outdoors for purposes such as physical training, relaxation, and outdoor sports. It is equipped with facilities such as a gymnasium, fitness center, tennis courts, and beach volleyball courts, allowing citizens to easily engage in various sports. On the 10th floor of the high-rise building, there is an observation room located 51 meters above ground, offering a panoramic view of ships sailing in Tokyo Bay and the night scenery of factories in the Kawasaki area. Additionally, there is an area for guided learning related to the maritime history of Kawasaki Port and fishing. The adjacent "Higashi Ougijima Nakakoen" park features barbecue areas and camping zones, making it highly recommended for picnicking on the grass.

Both indoor and outdoor facilities are available, allowing anyone to easily enjoy the fun of sports and leisure. From the observation room located 51 meters above the ground, you can gaze at Tokyo Bay during the day and enjoy the night view of the Kawasaki factories at night. The adjacent "Higashi-Ogishima Park Barbecue Area" features comfortable and pleasant grassy areas. It is highly recommended to come here for barbecues or picnics with family and friends. The cherry blossoms in spring and the maple leaves in autumn are also very beautiful.
