Keio Oval Chofu is located in Chofu City, Tokyo, and can be reached in about 20 minutes by express train from Shinjuku. This velodrome, commonly known as "Tokyo Oval Keio," opened in 1949 and is one of the 43 keirin tracks in Japan located in Tokyo.
The track has a circumference of 400 meters, with a finishing straight of 51.5 meters. Although it is a standard track without special inclines, the slope is gentle and slightly expands outward. The venue is equipped with precision lighting simulation, making it suitable for night keirin races, and it is one of the brightest keirin tracks in Japan. It is also the home track of Hiromi Ishii, the first female keirin racer in history to achieve 600 victories.
Every October, the commemorative keirin race "Gold Cup Race (GIII)" is held here. There are free viewing areas as well as comfortable paid seating options available for spectators.

During the official competition period, there is a free shuttle bus running between JR Nambu Line "Yanokuchi Station" and Keio Kaku Velodrome, approximately every 10 to 30 minutes.

In principle, the main ticket office does not provide ticket sales or refund services. For advance betting tickets, please purchase them at the betting office inside the venue.
