About Kobe Harborland
A large seaside leisure facility that is hard to resist. It is both a shopping paradise and a theme park with a Ferris wheel!
Details
Kobe Harborland is located in the waterfront area, covering approximately 18.5 hectares, and is a comprehensive tourist destination featuring many large-scale commercial facilities. One of its attractions, the "Kobe Brick Warehouse," is a cargo warehouse built in the late 1890s. It is now not only a popular shopping center but also a tourist spot rich in historical ambiance, where visitors can experience a sense of exoticism.
Kobe Harborland is not just a shopping paradise; it also gathers various recreational and entertainment facilities for a fun-filled experience. On the "Kobe Concerto Cruise," you can enjoy lunch while taking in the beautiful views of Kobe from the sea. There is also the "Kobe Anpanman Children's Museum & Mall," which is very popular among children. Riding the "Mosaic Ferris Wheel" allows you to overlook the Kobe cityscape and Mount Rokko from a height, enjoying about a 10-minute aerial stroll.
Additionally, the main street of the Harborland, "Gaslight Street," is also a charming night scenery spot. At night, the beech trees lining the street are adorned with countless light bulbs. The retro gas lamps and the lights from the beech trees create a romantic atmosphere, filling the entire street with charm.
Highlights
Commercial facilities like "umie" and "Kobe Brick Warehouse" are lined up, gathering everything from shopping centers to restaurants, cinemas, and various entertainment venues.
