Kujū Flower Park is located within the Kujū Highlands of Aso Kujū National Park, surrounded by the Kujū mountain range and the five peaks of Aso. In the fresh air, visitors can enjoy a variety of colorful flowers throughout the year. The park covers an area of approximately 220,000 square meters and features several hills where flower carpets can be admired, a rose garden, the Kujū Garden designed in the style of an English garden, and the Andes Greenhouse, where flowers can be enjoyed even in the rain. No matter when you visit, you can see a wide variety of flowers. Throughout the year, around 500 species and 5 million flowers bloom, and you can check the blooming status on the official website. A leisurely stroll through the entire park takes about 2 hours. After enjoying the beautiful flower fields, you can indulge in specialty ice creams, meals, and shopping made from local ingredients at 14 restaurants and shops. From April to May is the peak season for flowers, and special events are held in conjunction with the blooming period. There are also seasonal activities planned, such as blueberry picking, at other times of the year. Another highlight of the fresh air of the Kujū Highlands is the beautiful starry sky. On the second Saturday of each month, a stargazing event called "Kujū Highlands Starry Sky Tour" is held. Additionally, if you stay at the "Camping Resort Flowers and Stars," even beginners can easily enjoy the fun of camping and see the stunning night sky filled with stars.

Throughout the year, you can enjoy around 500 varieties and 5 million seasonal flowers. The flower fields spread across the mountains create a magnificent and refreshing scenery. It is recommended to try the special milk ice cream and flower ice cream. Local specialties are also sold in the park.
