From the tea house, you can see one of the three great waterfalls of Nikko, the "Ryutaki Falls." Described in the famous Edo period work "Nikko Sanshi," the hell tea house has long been a resting place for travelers. The signature dish is "Zaru," which features chewy mochi that is deep-fried and then simmered in a rich sauce. There are also many handmade dishes, such as "Deep-Fried Bean Curd Rolls" made from bean curd skin, and "Yashio Pork Rice Bowl" made from Yashio (ヤシオ) pork, a breed from Tochigi Prefecture. Additionally, the "Shimuian Dango," which conveys a sense of tranquility, and nine varieties of ice cream are also highly praised. On the left side of the tea house is the "Coffee Station Ryokujian." Here, you can enjoy rich coffee brewed with the clear waters of Jigokuzawa flowing nearby, along with drinks and light meals that include matcha paired with Higurashi Mochi (ひぐらし餅), all available for takeout. The tea house shop sells famous mochi sweets and a variety of travel souvenirs, including original charms and magnetic decorations.

From JR "Nikko" Station or Tobu Railway "Tobu Nikko" Station, take the Tobu Bus heading to "Yumoto Onsen" for about 60 minutes. Get off at the "Ryuzu Falls (竜頭の滝)" bus stop and walk for about 2 minutes.
