The signature item, "Mojiko Pudding," has been refined multiple times and features a special preparation method that gives the pudding a chewy texture and rich egg flavor, along with a silky smooth mouthfeel. The menu also includes nostalgic dishes such as Neapolitan pasta served on silver platters and green jade floating soda. The tableware and cups match the atmosphere of the restaurant, creating an irresistible space for retro enthusiasts. The three types of house-roasted coffee provided by the specialty store "COFFEE BOY" in Kokura—"Roman," "High Collar," and "Retro"—are the original blended coffees of "MILK HALL." Their subtle sweetness and light texture pair perfectly with the pudding. The local delicacy of Mojiko, "Baked Curry," is also one of the popular dishes.
