An experiential tourism facility where you can feel the tradition and history of Miyajima. On the first floor, various traditional crafts from Miyajima are displayed and sold, including wooden spoons, lathe-crafted wooden products, Miyajima-carved bowls, and earthen bells, making it easy to visit.
On the second floor, you can participate in the "Momiji Manju Hand-Baking Experience," where you can grill under the guidance of a craftsman and take your packaged creation home. The cost is 880 yen per person (including tax).
The third floor features the "Spoon Making Experience" and "Miyajima Carving Experience" areas. In the "Spoon Making Experience," after a brief introduction to the history of spoons, you can start crafting your own. You can freely combine and imprint symbols of Miyajima, such as the torii gate, maple leaves, and deer, to create your original spoon for 550 yen per person (including tax).
The "Miyajima Carving Experience" involves carving a maple leaf pattern on a 15 cm diameter round bowl and then coloring it to complete the piece. The finished work can be taken home immediately, making it the perfect souvenir from your trip. The cost is 2,200 yen per person (including tax).
