It is delicious on its own and also highly praised as a topping for yakisoba or fried rice. The sauces used in the dishes are specially crafted by the restaurant, with options including sweet, spicy, super spicy, and the popular Bara sauce, totaling four choices. In addition to flour-based dishes, the restaurant also offers seafood teppanyaki featuring octopus from Akashi and oysters from Setouchi, along with beef steak and a variety of drinks, as well as several exclusive dishes available only at the Nankinmachi location.
